Please note that our products are not made from gold or silver. All of our products are gold plated (14K, 16K and 18K), sterling silver 925, stainless steel, fresh water pearls or resin. Read specification of each style for more details.

If a product provokes an allergic reaction you may return it as long as it is within the 15 day return window and in perfect conditions. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information on returns.

 

Recommendations:

• You can wet the pieces however we recommend drying each of them after being in contact with water. If you wear them for a pool day or beach day it is recommended to clean it with tap water and dry it with a velvet cloth or towel. 
• Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes or oils. In case that it is with direct contact, clean it with tap water and dry it. 
• If you have a known allergy please be aware when purchasing our plated jewelry.
