SHIPPING METHOD 📦

• Domestic (USA and PR)  shipping method is USPS with a flat rate of $4.90. 
• Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2-5 days after being shipped. However, we have no control over the duration time that the package takes to be delivered by the USPS to your address. 
• Shipping times do not include production times which can take from 2-6 days.  Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided.

📣 IMPORTANT‼️ KUELKA MODE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER. 

INSUFFICIENT OR INCORRECT ADDRESS 

If a package is returned to the sender (KULEKA MODE) due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost. 

 

RETURN POLICY 📫

We have a strict 10 days “after arrival” return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request your return and send back to the sender (KULEKA MODE) the item(s).  

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you need to fill out the "Request Refund Form" found on About Us page and include your name, order number, email registered and details of the product. Please make sure to include all information correctly.

📣 IMPORTANT‼️ NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY. Credits could be used as a gift card, which means it does not have an expiration day or you can use it in multiple purchases until credit lasts. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us through our email kuleka.mode@gmail.com and include your name, order number, email registered and photos of the damage product. We will get back to you with instructions of the process. You can email us at kuleka.mode@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns. 

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned as earrings, custom orders, clearance items or gift cards. 

 

Payment and Orders :

Payment methods accepted through website: found at checkout. 

Payment methods accepted through instagram direct message: Ath movie, Venmo, PayPal, cash app & zelle. 

Orders place by INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGE will be processed in order of received.
